Fundraising

Parent involvement is an integral part of the community of a Catholic school. At St. Michael’s School, parents participate by volunteering their time in the fundraising programs that supplement the income of the school.

Chocolate Sales

This event is held in September. Money raised is used to purchase school resources.

Walkathon

A parish/school Walkathon takes place annually usually in October.

Knights of Columbus Draw

Parish/school Fundraiser held in November. Involves the selling of tickets in local malls. Participation hours are allocated to parents who sell the tickets in the local malls. Hours are also allocated for number of books sold.

Auction

This is the biggest parish/school fundraiser of the year. The auction combines a number of locally donated items into a silent/live auction. Each family is encouraged to donate an item/service and help solicit corporate donations.
