About Mrs. Caterina KennedyB.A., B.Ed., M.Ed

Catholic elementary schools are committed to the partnership of family, parish and school working and supporting each other in a caring and cooperative manner. We believe that we share a common vision of integrating our faith and culture so that our lives are a unity of word, deed, speech and conduct. In this way, we can love each other because we love God. Through this unique educational arrangement, students are encouraged to discern and develop their God-given talents and reach academic success. Philosophically, I think that we must mentor and lead students in our Catholic faith in order for them to become wise citizens and good neighbours. Individuals who can think creatively and intelligently, learn about issues in society, care for and respect others and participate fully in God’s plan for a world that is forever changing.

“All children can learn when the curriculum and instruction are inclusive in design and implementation to accommodate the diversity of learners. A successful learning environment can be achieved through high expectations, clear goals and collaboration with parents and educators.”
